With an international performance background spanning the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America, Saglie brings both artistic and strategic leadership to initiatives that support and strengthen sustainable opportunities for professional performing musicians.
Under her leadership, LACM has established partnerships with organizations including Make Music Alliance and the City of Beverly Hills, and has presented programming at venues such as Greystone Mansion, Steinway Gallery Beverly Hills, and other prominent cultural spaces throughout Los Angeles. In 2023, she was recognized by Beverly Hills Living Magazine as a Forty Under 40 honoree for her contributions to cultural innovation.
She is the creator of WineMusic, LACM’s anchor platform — an immersive concert and wine experience designed to make classical performance more engaging, accessible, and emotionally resonant for modern audiences. Building on this foundation, her creative direction has expanded into product development through the WineMusic Box, a curated at-home format that translates live performance into a scalable, design-forward experience.
Her broader vision is centered on building sustainable infrastructure for the performing arts — positioning music not only as a live experience, but as a scalable content and product ecosystem capable of engaging audiences across live, digital, and at-home formats. Currently, Saglie is focused on the market research and strategic development of WineMusic as a scalable performance model alongside the expansion of the WineMusic Box as its at-home extension.
Born to Chilean parents in Los Angeles and shaped by an international upbringing, Saglie brings a global perspective to performance, education, and the evolving classical music workforce.
